KCW Carty & Rogers is a general practice law firm located in Anguilla, offering a wide array of quality and tailored legal services to local and overseas clientele.
The partners are both Anguillian women and island scholars with an impressive cadre of academic qualifications and achievements between them. They have a combined 31 years’ experience at the Anguilla bar and are both appointed notaries public by the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.
The Managing Partner Mrs. Keesha Carty successfully ran and operated K.C.W et al (a sole practice law firm) for 17 years and owing to that firm’s success, the decision was made to expand the business by partnering with Ms. Nakishma Rogers, an accomplished and dynamic lawyer with public and private sector experience spanning 12 years.
While there is capacity within the firm for criminal advocacy with Ms. Rogers’ Prosecutorial and Criminal Defense background, KCW Carty & Rogers specializes in and focuses on commercial law, civil practice and litigation, Real Estate, Developments, Family and Probate Law.
